Pros & Cons.

I’ve weighed the pros & cons for quite some time now.

This just isn’t what I was expecting it to be.
The days here feel almost like punishment? Banishment.

Aside from the family I have here & school… I hate it.
This, well this is a place you vacation to, not a place you live.
The people here are many things; hate to say the qualities aren’t good ones.
The entire city is NOT friendly, people are so incredibly, convincingly fake that it’s just plain messed with my head, they’re flakey, very harshly two faced, and everyone has a second agenda. It’s taken my humanity! I trust no one out here {except family & two friends}. This place is chipping away at who I am as a person.

I have two pros for staying. Only two.

I’ve decided that I don’t care if I was initially wrong in coming out here. At least I tried something different. People can say I was wrong or tease about how I only lasted half a year; I don’t care.

But being out here wasn’t all bad. It has changed me. I’ve grown a lot. And it also taught me to appreciate Austin — no, TEXAS, so much more. Austin is really a rare and beautiful city. It’s everything this place isn’t. They’re polar opposites & I don’t belong here.

I’m not going to sacrifice my happiness to stay.
And I don’t care what people say. Let em talk ;)
Austin, TX. You’ll be seeing me soon. My mind is made up.

• 'Rissa: Yeah can I have a two entree
• Panda Lady: Rice or chow mein?
• 'Rissa: Chow mein.
• Panda Lady: And your entrees?
• 'Rissa: The orange chicken & the broccoli beef.
• Panda Lady: ...You mean the beef with broccoli?
• 'Rissa: ...yes?
• Panda Lady: Anything else?
• 'Rissa: Yes, I need another two entree.
• Panda Lady: Steamed rice or chow mein?
• 'Rissa: Can I have the steamed vegetable actually?
• Panda Lady: Okay, and your entrees?
• 'Rissa: Could I just have two of the string bean chicken?
• Panda Lady: You mean a double string bean chicken?
